TASTING NOTE
The romantic village of Piesport with around 3000 inhabitants, is a small village set alongside the Mosel river. The Michelsberg, the name for the beautiful sun-drenched vineyards that surround the village like an amphitheatre, includes small parcels like Piesporter Goldtröpfchen and Piesporter Treppchen. This part of the region has always internationally renowned for its’ sweet cabinet wines. Pear, nectarine, citrus blossom, honeycomb, gooseberry. A sweet styled wine, with fresh and well balanced acidity.
