TASTING NOTE
The Saint Martin cuvée is a blend of the most beautiful plots of the Estate in the appellation. The legend of Saint Martin is closely linked to the village of Chablis. 'One day he met a beggar to whom he gavehalf of his cloak that he had cut with his sword. Saint Martin's gesture is a sign of extreme generosity since he gave everything he had.
This Chablis is pale gold in colour. It has an intense freshness typical of the area, with ripe white fruit and white blossom aromas. On the palate, its minerality gives a lingering finish and wonderfully distinct character.
