TASTING NOTE
Prosecco Superiore Brut Bolla is made from Glera grapes grown in the venerable Conegliano and Valdobbiadene production area, on hill sites with a breezy climate. These conditions bring forth a sparkling wine of superb fragrance and stunning acid backbone. Bright, deep straw in colour with an appealing ripe fruit bouquet on the nose, this prosecco is fresh and fruity with a great vein of acidity and lively finish.
