TASTING NOTE
These vineyards cover the hilly slopes of Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-lès-Beaune. Traditional vinification according to the biodynamic calendar. Aged in 350 liter barrels of one wine and a traditional 228 liter barrel during 10 month.
Open and intense nose with notes of orange and grapefruit. The attack is fresh and supple. Well-balanced and concentrated wine with good mineral length on the finish.
