TASTING NOTE
The climate ""Aux Cras"" is located on the left part of the Montagne de Beaune. 250m altitude with East-South East exposure. Cold maceration. Fermentation with natural yeasts and vats for 4 weeks. Aging in 6 pieces, 25% of which are new barrels.
Beautiful intense garnet color with purple reflections. Delicate and floral nose (violets, roses) with hints of fruit between the blackcurrant and blueberry bud. The palate is of good minerality, elegant, and slightly spicy. Saline, slightly drying finish. A well-balanced, rich, and elegant wine with great aging potential.
