As the oldest brewery in Shuri, we are dedicated to inheriting the traditions of awamori and sharing them with as many people as possible, and are constantly refining our sake-brewing techniques. We also focus on research and development, developing a variety of microorganisms, such as yeast, in-house. At the same time, we incorporate diverse values ​​by forming strong collaborations with researchers, experts, bartenders, and other people in various industries involved with alcohol.

It is because we value these connections with people and our solid techniques that we are able to create original products that only we can make, not just awamori, but also rum, gin, liqueurs such as bitters, and more.
