TASTING NOTE
This cuvée reveals all the richness of the exceptional terroir of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, on terraces of siliceous pebbles mixed with sandy red clay, saffron and chalky fragments. This cuvée is aged for about 10 months in old oak tuns with a capacity of 60 to 80 hl.
The nose reveals expressive aromas of red fruits, with hints of pepper and truffle. The palate is structured, powerful and fresh.
