Founded in 1859, Maison Ogier is in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, at the heart of the most prestigious appellation in the south of France. To interpret the subtle variations of this terroir and of the entire Rhone Valley, Maison Ogier has deepened its knowledge of the soils present in the different appellations and adapted its techniques accordingly, particularly in terms of aging. Its century-old cellars, in the middle of the village, hold more than 8,000 hectoliters of wood vats, tuns, demi-muids, barrels and truncated-cone vats.
