TASTING NOTE
This cuvée is a perfect example of the specificities of the terroir located at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, on a soil of marl and limestone. It is aged 40% in oakbarrels and 60 % in demi-muids. The nose has intens earomas of red fruits and kirsch with spicynotes. Onthepalate, the wine is generous and powerful.
